Cajun Original Crawfish Bites 1lb (26 Bites)

These are made similarly to the recipe of our Crawfish Boudin, which has a very flavorful Cajun Sauce Piquant base. Cajun Bites are small, bite-sized, and great for parties, catering, and receptions! They fry very quickly from frozen (@ 350° for about 3 minutes) … a plus for cooks under time pressure! Our Crawfish Cajun Bites are perfect on an appetizer tray with a dipping sauce of your choice!

Ingredients: Cooked Enriched Rice (rice, thiamine, niacin, iron, folic acid), crawfish, diced tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), Bread crumbs (enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn syrup, water, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, nonfat milk, salt, yeast), Tomato Paste (tomatoes), enriched wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn flour, dehydrated onion, corn starch, canola oil, soy protein isolate, salt, dehydrated bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce (distilled white vinegar, molasses, water, sugar, onions, anchovies, salt, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), granulated garlic, natural flavor, modified food starch, green chili peppers (green chili peppers, water, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), mushroom powder (maltodextrin, natural mushroom flavor), dehydrated parsley, dehydrated green onions, red chili pepper.  Contains: Wheat, fish (anchovies), shellfish, soy, milk

Directions: Skillet Fry in 1-1/2 of oil, or deep fry at 350(F) for 4 minutes, or until golden brown, with a steaming hot center at 160(F). Separate each bite to avoid sticking together. Don't put too many frozen bites in hot oil, to keep the oil temperature hot. Keep Frozen until ready to fry.  Do not thaw!
