In my opinion, best Louisiana style hot sauce I have ever had. I don't know why it is so hard to find at restaurants, but Cajun Chef is Better than Crystal and blows "Louisiana Hot Sauce" brand, in similar colored package, out of the water. If you like hot sauce on your cheeseburgers, do yourself a favor and try this stuff... on a cheeseburger.

I've tried them all and this is the best tasting Louisian hot sauce around. Unlike most hot sauces that taste too vinegary, Cajun Chef presents a wonderful pepper flavor with vinegar taking a backseat. The sauce is flavorful and the heat is very mild. I wish it didn't have artificial colors added but their presence isn't enough to dock a star from this exceptional hot sauce.
