There is a nice crispy snap. They taste like a mix of mini sweet dills and regular dill pickles. I was very impressed by these and all that have tried them really liked them. being my first time trying pickled ocra and expecting slimy wet and limp "pickles" these were far from that. Very nice and crisp snap when bitting into them. The seeds and stem can easily be eaten and the flavor is awesome. The heat is non-existent for me but I am a super hot pepper eater so light to mild spice does not register.
