Whole deboned chicken (only wing bones remain) stuffed with Shrimp Étouffée - tender shrimp smothered in an authentic Cajun sauce of onions, celery, bell peppers, and tomatoes, mixed with rice.
Cooking Instructions:
Remove from bag. Thawed: Bake at 375° in a broiler pan, uncovered for 1 hour, 15 min. or until internal temp of 165°.
Frozen: Bake at 375° in a broiler pan, covered for 1 hour, 15 min., then uncovered for 45 min. or until internal temp of 165°.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes, carefully remove netting and slice.
