Great product if you like dirty martinis and run out of olive juice

Great product if you like dirty martinis and run out of olive juice. It's a bit more concentrated then the olive juice that you're used to that comes in the jar with the olives so my recommendation as a former bartender is to go a little lighter than you normally would

This is legit olive juice. I can’t believe how good this tastes. It’s like right out of the jar. Definitely would recommend.

It tastes pretty good, and not as salty as olive juice with olives from the grocery store

There is nothing better than a very dry dirty martini on a hot summer day

There is nothing better than a very dry dirty martini on a hot summer day ... Make mine plain old Absolut, although I've tried them all, from Stolly to Grey Goose and everything in between. This olive juice is just the right ingredient to make it dirty........Throw a couple of large olives in to the mix and ice...and don't forget to put the glass in the freezer for an hour before using. Heaven! This olive juice is more than just adequate, it's the perfect companion to a fabulous dirty martini.

I have been searching for the right olive in brine to make a well balanced dirty martini and haven't had any luck with grocery store and liquor store

Posted by Ray on Nov 14th 2020

I have been searching for the right olive in brine to make a well balanced dirty martini and haven't had any luck with grocery store and liquor store brands. I never really thought about looking for "just the brine" until I was putting together a martini themed gift for a friend's birthday and decided to give this product a try. She had me make a batch of dirties right away and this stuff made what was really the best martini I ever made. I of course ordered myself a bottle as soon as I got home that night. No more dried out olives from stealing the brine for my martinis and no more expensive olives to buy. Just a great martini every time. Love it. Try my recipe: 4oz vodka, .5 oz dry vermouth, .75 dirty martini olive juice shake with ice, add olive garnish, enjoy!
