  • Vegetable oil – For fryin’ (enough for 2 inches in a pot)
  • Powdered sugar – For dustin’ that sweet finish

  1. In a bowl, mix Café du Monde Beignet Mix with warm water until a dough forms. Knead lightly for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare Café au Lait

  1. Brew Café du Monde Coffee with Chicory in a French press or drip maker with 2 cups water.
  2. Heat milk until steaming, then combine with coffee in a 1:1 ratio.
