INGREDIENTS: Enriched flour (wheat flour bleached, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), hydrolyzed soy protein, caramel color, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking), salt, red pepper, spices, and garlic. Contains wheat, soy; may contain milk.

Directions: In a saucepan, whisk 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere's Creole Brown Gravy Mix and 1 cup cool water. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally or until desired consistency. While cooking, sprinkle and stir to thicken gravies, stews and sauces. Store in a cool dry place.
