Ingredients: Parboiled White Rice (enriched With Ferric Orthophosphate (iron), Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate), Dehydrated Onion, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Salt, Dehydrated Bell Peppers, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking), Worcestershire Powder (hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Molasses Powder, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Sugar, Salt, Caramel Color, Dextrose, Onion Powder, Spices, Garlic Powder, Spice Extractives, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking), Chili Powder.  Contains Soy.  May contain wheat and milk. 

Preparation instructions: In a large pot, brown 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef or pork. Drain fat. Add 11 1/4 cups water, contents of package and 1/4 cup butter or margarine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Stir gently to mix rice
