Grilled Alligator Sausage Po' Boys

4 Savoies Smoked Alligator & Pork Sausages

4 hoagie rolls

lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

mayonnaise

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the alligator sausage for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have grill marks on both sides.

While the sausage is grilling, slice the hoagie rolls in half and toast them on the grill for a few minutes until they are slightly crispy.

Assemble the po' boys by spreading mayonnaise on the toasted hoagie rolls, then adding the grilled alligator sausage, lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings.
