This is not the wimpy hot sausage, this is really hot sausage. But it is good. If you like spice, this is the sausage for you. It is great by itself, or you can put it in a hot dog bun, add some mustard and sauerkraut, and it is great. Bought the 1 pound before, but now I have stepped it up so I won't run out so quick this time. Great stuff.
