So happy I was able to get this sausage delivered to one of my best friends who is from Louisiana. We recently traveled to baton rouge and she told me I had to try it. It was a nice surprise to be able to send her a little piece of home! The sausage shipped very quickly and was kept perfectly cold.

I've been looking for this sausage ever since my local HEB stopped carrying the green onion variety. It's what I prefer to use when I make gumbo. The sausage was shipped promptly and kept so cold it was even still a little frozen when it arrived.
