Pig Stand is the real "Louisiana" style BBQ sauce. I grew up in South Louisiana in the 1950's and this was all we had. If you like the sweet, sugar-based 300 calories per tablespoon crap sold in stores today, you probably won't like this. But if you're old enough to remember what southern BBQ used to taste like, before the current BS became all the rage, give this a try...
