If you are looking for an alternative to hand breading your own catfish, but want a product that is going to look and taste just like you breaded it yourself,  then look no further.  Guidry’s home-style breaded catfish fillet strips can be fried or baked and  cook up crunchy and light .  We use a family recipe of cornmeal and just the right blend of spices to lightly coat our premium catfish fillet strips.
