Remoulade Shrimp Po' Boys:


Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1/4 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Remoulade Sauce, 4 hoagie rolls, sliced in half, 4 lettuce leaves, 1 tomato, sliced, 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, toss the shrimp with the Louisiana Fish Fry Remoulade Sauce until the shrimp are well-coated.

Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and cooked through.

Assemble the po' boys by placing the grilled shrimp, lettuce, tomato, and provolone cheese on the hoagie rolls. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Air Fried Zucchini Fries

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Louisiana Fish Fry Air Fryer Chicken Coating Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 bottle of Louisiana Fish Fry Remoulade Sauce, as an accompaniment

    PREPARATION

    Slice the zucchini into strips. Dip the zucchini in the egg wash, then dredge in Air Fryer Chicken Coating Mix. Cook at 370°F in your air fryer for 10-12 minutes (time/temperature may vary slightly depending on air fryer make and model). Serve with Remoulade Sauce for dipping.
