*To prepare our Buttermilk Biscuit mix preheat the oven to 450F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray
Combine biscuit mix until dough forms, then turn into a floured surface and ship into a ball. Knead and fold the dough over 2-3 times while incorporating the cubed, cold butter. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick and cut with a 2-inch cutter without twisting. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake mixture for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with melted better butter. Enjoy!
