Heating Boil in Bag:  Place bag in boiling water. Simmer at low boil for approximately 45-60 minutes depending on weather bag is frozen or thawed. The internal temperature must reach a minimum of 165° F. Remove bag, shake vigorously, take temperature and serve. (Use caution when removing product from bag and serving)

Steamer: Place bag in perforated hotel pan. Place in steamer, heat on high steam for approximately 45-60 minutes depending on weather the bag is frozen or thawed. The internal temperature must reach a minimum of 165° F. Remove bag, shake vigorously take temperature and serve. (Use caution when removing product from bag and serving)

Ingredients: potato, bacon (Cured with: water, salt, sugar, phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate), butter (cream, natural flavoring, milk), cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, color added, potato starch, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin {a natural mold inhibitor}), sour cream, green onions, spices.

The King Creole Bread Pudding makes for a delicious dessert. Made with bread topped with a combination of honey and raisins, it is sure to be loved by kids and adults alike.

This product is Frozen and requires preparation. 

 

Cooking Instructions: Thaw product in cold water. Preheat oven to 400°. Grease pan, add bag of Bread Pudding to Pan. Place pan in 1/2" water bath pan uncovered. Bake for  1 hour or until browned on top. For Convection oven 300° for 1 hour & 15 minutes or until brown.
