Shrimp creole is a dish of Louisiana Creole origin consisting of cooked shrimp in a mixture of whole or diced tomatoes, the “holy trinity” of onion, celery and bell pepper.

Storage: Keep Frozen (thaw refrigerated)
Heating Boil in Bag: Place bag in boiling water. Simmer at low boil for approximately 45-60 minutes depending on weather bag is frozen or thawed. The internal temperature must reach a minimum of 165° F. Remove bag, shake vigorously, take temperature and serve. (Use caution when removing product from bag and serving)
Steamer:
Place bag in perforated hotel pan. Place in steamer, heat on high steam for approximately 45-60 minutes depending on
weather the bag is frozen or thawed. The internal temperature must reach a minimum of 165° F. Remove bag, shake
vigorously take temperature and serve. (Use caution when removing product from bag and serving)
