Description

Kary's Light Roux is a basic roux mix made by browning flour slowly, but is cooked to a lighter golden brown. It can be used the same as Kary's Original Roux, but is lighter in color and taste.  


Unit Size: 16oz 


Ingredients: Flour, Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), and Soy Bean Oil.
