Made my own Jambalaya with this and was not disappointed at all. Great flavor and easy to prepare. Added different items: celery, green onions, chicken, andouille sausage, zucchini and came out great.

This is easy and delicious. And I add different stuff each time: shrimp, crab, sausage, okra, chicken, etc. You can make it as thick or thin as you like. I usually have it over rice. Yummy.

This is the brand I always go to in the stores. It's well rounded and very simple to throw everything together for dinner. Honestly, I don't know of a better jambalaya mix. My one gripe is that it takes so long, but that's to be expected since the rice has to cook. Personally, I only use about a pound of chicken thighs (no sausage or seafood) and it comes out delicious every time. I recently moved to Washington state from Louisiana, so I'm very glad a 4 pack of this is available here!
