Almost as good as fresh! I make gumbo with fresh ingredients most of the time. I decided to try Jambalaya Girl based on reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! Really easy to use, and the flavor came very close to my fresh gumbo, and without all the prep!

Love Jambalaya Girl gumbo mix! I’ve used it for a couple years now and I love the flavor and consistency. I’m from New Orleans but hate making a roux, it takes forever, but this takes all that stress off. I typically use chicken and sausage in mine but I’m sure it would be a good seafood gumbo as well
