So these kits are great for a quick hitting tasty meal. They are no over loaded with salt and make a decent Jambalaya or Gumbo, depending on which kit you are using. You can liven it up with some diced celery, bell pepper and onion but it is not required. Overall great quality for a quick Cajun meal during the week.

Found this gem from the Cajun Box. This is a keeper! Great seasoning, rich flavor and perfect consistency. Added the chicken and Andouille sausage and we were good to go. Next time will add shrimp. Reordering now. Beats making from scratch as it’s just as good.

So easy to use, and the flavor was amazing! Just add whatever meat you want and you have a tasty meal. We have been a fan of the simple suppers brand but it's been discontinued. This was an even better replacement! A 20oz package and a 16oz sausage sliced up makes a meal for 4 with just a little bit leftover.
