I'll be honest...I was super skeptical that you could get a authentic gumbo taste with a dehydrated mix. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommended this!

Love this product. Tastes just like homemade roux. I don’t believe I will ever go back to having to stand over a pan constantly having to stir or getting the correct dark brown color without burning.
