I really like this gumbo mix
I really like this gumbo mix. It thickens up so it's half way in-between a soup and a stew.The only thing I'd point out is that you may want to spike it with a little rice and/or okra and stuff like that. I like a little rice and okra in my gumbo. I highly recommend this product!
