Hol Grain Chili Seasoning Mix is Wheat Free, Corn Free, and Gluten Free. Great taste and flavor.

Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Chili Powder, Granulated Onion, Granulated Garlic, Ground Cumin, Ground Parsley, Basil, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Sea Salt, and Evaporated Cane Juice.

Instructions: 

1 package Hol Grain Chili Seasoning Mix

1lb lean ground beef or turkey

2 cans (8oz ea) tomato sauce or 1 can 14-1/2oz diced tomatoes undrained

1 can (15-16oz) kidney or pinto beans undrained (optional)

1. Brown meat in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain Fat.

2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and beans.

3.  Bring to a boil cover reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

4. Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onions, or sour cream if desired.  Makes 4 servings.
