An incomplete gumbo product consisting of authentic roux, fresh produce and spices. This base requires the addition of chicken, duck, and/or andouille.

Ingredients:  Water, Onion, Celery, Cottonseed Oil (Fully Refined Cottonseed Oil with TBHQ and Citric Acid (to preserve stability and freshness), Dimethylpolysiloxane (Added to reduce foaming), Bell Pepper, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Green Onion, Spices, Garlic, Salt, Chicken Base (Ground Roasted Chicken and Chicken Juices, Salt Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Chicken Fat, Dehydrated Onion, Turmeric, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavorings, Caramel Color), Corn Starch and Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking).  May contain Sulfites

Directions: Thaw product in refrigerator, pour contents in saucepan, warm gently over medium heat.  (Do not boil) This product is completely cooked and is traditionally served over cooked rice.  Immediately refrigerate or discard any unused portion.  Enjoy!
