I use lots of different hot sauces, but the one I must consistently come back to is Crystal. It has a unique flavor I just love. Wish they made a lower-salt version, but in the meantime, I'll use just enough to keep my docs happy. Great stuff and I love it.

This is my favorite New Orleans hot sauce. Not as hot as some of the others, but rich in flavor.

This is my new go to hot sauce
This is my new go to hot sauce. I’ve tried so many different hot sauces over five decades that this one can be used for any dish. I love fresh ground black pepper and to my surprise this sauce takes care of that flavor and adds mild heat to my plate as well. Occasionally I’ll need to reach for my own special blend that raises the heat level but for most dishes this is it.
