Heating Instructions

Turducken Rolls

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees
  • Place the turducken roll in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • Allow the turducken roll to stand for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.

Turduckens 10-14lb

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place the turducken in a large roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with foil and roast for about 4 hours.
  • Remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • Allow the turducken to stand for 20-30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Whole Gators

  • Marinate or Brine Overnight: To ensure the meat remains moist and flavorful, marinate or brine the alligator overnight.
  • Season generously: Apply your favorite seasoning, and consider wrapping the alligator in bacon to keep it extra moist during cooking.
  • Grill to perfection: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook for 2-4 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees

Dressings & Stuffings

  • Allow frozen bag to thaw completely in refrigerator overnight.
  • Cut open the top of bag with scissors and pour into desired baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the topping of your choice over the stuffing/dressing. (examples: breadcrumbs, bacon bits, cheese).
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reached 165 degrees.

Boil-in-Bag Soups

  • In a large pot, fill with enough water to cover the bag, and bring to a boil.
  • Place UNOPENED frozen bag in boiling water and heat for approximately 40-45 minutes.
  • Carefully remove bag from boiling water with tongs.
  • Carefully open top corner of bag with a pair of scissors and pour into serving container.

Crab Cakes

  • Allow frozen crab cakes to thaw completely in refrigerator overnight.
  • In a nonstick pan, melt 1 TBS of butter on medium.
  • Place crab cakes in buttered pan and cook each side until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until internal temp is 165 degrees.

Crawfish Bread

  • Allow frozen bread to thaw completely in refrigerator overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove from sealed bag and wrap in foil.
  • Place on a baking pan, bake for 20-25 minutes, or until center is 165 degrees.

Bread Pudding

  • Allow frozen bag to thaw completely in refrigerator overnight. Cut open top of bag with scissors and pour into desired baking dish.
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or golden brown.
