Description

File' powder was used by the Choctaw Indians of Louisiana. The powder is made from the leaves of sassafras plants. File' can be used to thicken and flavor gumbo. Add about 1/2 teaspoon (more or less to taste) of Cookin' Cajun Gumbo File' to your gumbo while it's cooking. It can also be sprinkled lightly over each serving.

    I have been ordering online for over 3 years. And every order is packaged very well delivery excellent and the product so good. Their chicken and sausage gumbo is the best I have ever tasted. So if you have not ordered it please do so you will not regret . Chicken and sausages gumbo 32oz and their sausages very good
