• Allow frozen crab cakes to thaw completely in refrigerator overnight
• In a nonstick pan, melt 1tbs of butter on medium.
• Place crab cakes in buttered pan and cook each side until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until internal temp is 165F.
