Lady Cream Peas are a type of cowpea. They have no color and, when cooked, they yield a clear pot liquor. They have a sweet flavor and creamy texture and are featured in Southern dishes.     I had never heard of these but thought why not try. Soooo glad I did. We love ld them and already ordered three more bags. My husband loves them. I just used salt, pepper and garlic woth a little butter. Perfect. We paired them with collards and a pork chop. Yummy!

    These are the" BEST" Peas! As soon as they arrived I made a pot with a ham hock! So good I am making some today! And ordering more today
