A unique blend of salt, spices and lemon.  Shake a little on all fish before broiling or baking.  It's especially good for sautéed shrimp and crawfish.  And it adds Louisiana flavor to soups, seafood, gumbos and sauces.

    Wonderful seasoning for fish and chicken

    Wonderful seasoning for fish and chicken. I especially like it on salmon. Coat the salmon with mayonaise to hold the seasoning, sprinkle according to taste and bake or grill. Super dish.
