I got this because I'd already seen it in my grandmother's fridge (seemingly the same bottle for years), and I wanted to have it for my cabbage and collards. I expected it to be spicy, yes, and it is spicy, but I also expected more of a vinegar punch. I only got heat and no vinegar, and that part disappointed me. I may add more vinegar to the peppers and let it steep to see if doing that would give me that punch that I want.
