Description

Immature Louisiana cayenne peppers are used to make this pepper sauce producing a milder flavor from original Cajun Chef Louisiana Hot Sauce. The cayenne peppers are picked pre-mature therefore creating a natural green appearance. For real Cajun flavor, add to gumbos and soups. Sprinkle on seafood before frying or after boiling.

Ingredients: Selected Louisiana Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Guar, Sodium Alginate & Xanthan Gum.

    My wife wondered why I ordered a gallon, plus 12 jars of green hot sauce. My answer was because it is not available in any of our stores and when any of our friends try the green sauce they will want some as well. Wish there were 32 oz bottles. it is good on everything.
