We use the olive salad on our salads and sandwiches and so happy that we were able to find such a big size to refill the jars we had from before

We use the olive salad on our salads and sandwiches and so happy that we were able to find such a big size to refill the jars we had from before. Boscoli has yet to let us down when it comes to flavor and plentiful ingredients!

I keep muffaletta in the refrigerator all the time

I keep muffaletta in the refrigerator all the time. This giant jar, for home use, lasts quite a while. I transfer it to two tall gasket-sealed canisters (think spaghetti canisters about 4"w x4"d x12"tall) the height and narrowness allow the oil to cover the olive salad all the times, less air contact. Add this to pasta salad or potato salad. I make instant gazpacho with a couple of tablespoons in a glass of V8 juice. You could also make the namesake sandwich, a Muffaletta!! You really need to try this.

Exceptional product. Delicious. Better than any other olive salad on the market ( e.g. Costco). I can eat it by the spoonful. Pure olive oil base. Amazing.
