Description

Big Easy Foods Boudin Balls are Louisiana’s legendary famous comfort food. These 2-ounce boudin balls, crispy on the outside and soft, moist, and savory on the inside, are filled with pork meat and rice boudin mixture then bathed in egg wash and layered with bread crumbs and flour. Perfect for frying or baking!

Ingredients: Rice Long-grained, enriched (rice [niacin, ferric orthophosphate (iron), thiamin mononitrate (thiamin), folic acid]), pork, water, pork liver, liquid eggs (whole eggs, citric acid 0.15%, water added as a carrier for citric acid, citric acid added to preserve color), onions, flour (enriched bleached wheat flour (bleached flour, niacin, reduced iron, enzymes added for improved baking, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), bread crumbs [enriched flour (flour, malted barley, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean, cottonseed, corn and/or canola oils), water, salt, contains 2% or less of: yeast, honey, molasses, sugar, wheat gluten, whey, soy flour, whole wheat flour, corn flour, oat bran, corn meal, rice flour, potato flour, butter, dough conditioners (mono and diglycerides, sodium and/or calcium stearoyl lactylate, soy lecithin, calcium carbonate), yeast nutrients, ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), distilled vinegar, skim milk, buttermilk, lactic acid, calcium propionate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative), sesame seeds, green bell peppers, green onions, salt, seasoning [salt, red pepper and other spices, garlic, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking)], crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, white pepper, and red pepper. Contains wheat, eggs, soy, milk, and sesame seeds. ALLERGENS: CONTAINS WHEAT, MILK, EGG AND SOY



Cooking Directions (Baking): Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F. Brush Boudin Balls with melted margarine or butter. Bake in the provided baking pan (or on a non-stick cookie sheet) for 55 minutes or until golden brown. (Deep Frying): Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry Boudin Balls from a thawed state for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. IF FROZEN, fry for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Cook Boudin Balls to an internal temperature of 165 deg. F.
