- Cooking: Cook thawed boudin in oven, smoker, air fryer, or microwave. For crispy boudin, bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes, turning over after 10 minutes. Boudin must reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Enjoy it on a salty cracker, like Cajuns do! Bon appétit!
