- Ingredients: Water, Shrimp (water, sodium tripolyphosphate [used to retain moisture], sodium bisulfite [used as a preservative]), Crawfish Tail Meat, Crab Meat, Gumbo Stock (onions, chopped; roux [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, soybean oil]; chopped bell or sweet pepper; custom culinary shrimp base [cooked shrimp, salt, dehydrated corn protein, shrimp powder, natural flavor [with autolyzed yeast], sugar, clarified butter oil, potato flour, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, soy lecithin, extract of paprika]), chopped celery, ground black pepper, table salt, ground red or cayenne pepper

- Cooking: Keep frozen until ready. Remove lid, slide frozen gumbo into 2 qt pot. Cover and heat gently on very low, stirring occasionally until soft boil. Serve over cooked white rice (rice not included)
