I've orderes these three times as well as boudin and have never been disappointed. I made my family etouffee recipe which my daughter and boyfriend both loved! It ships quickly, and securely. The packages were wrapped in paper as well, just like I remember from the local butcher shop. I have become a loyal customer even tho I live far away now.

Up till now, I had little experience with alligator - actually only eating it
Up till now, I had little experience with alligator - actually only eating it. So I decided to try to do it myself. Since I need to eat lower fat foods I thought I’d try doing it in my air fryer. First time I just breaded it in Andy’s red breading and it was great. But the last time I sprinkled some Cajun spice after the Andy’s and it was excellent!
