    The are very, very good

The are very, very good. I don't cook, I "assemble," so I combine a can of these Cream Style Red Beans and a can of Eden Organic Rice and Beans (Spanish, Mexican or Cajun) for the rice part, add a generous portion of bacon bits, a touch of turmeric and I've got three servings-worth ready to nuke.
