Needed a replacement for a product that was discontinued and didn’t like the other store brands, this was very close to the one my kids grew up eating. Some kielbasa and toasted crusty bread make it a hearty meal.

I'll be honest...I was super skeptical that you could get a authentic gumbo taste with a dehydrated mix. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommended this!

Love this product. Tastes just like homemade roux. I don’t believe I will ever go back to having to stand over a pan constantly having to stir or getting the correct dark brown color without burning.

A little salty for my taste but the flavor is great! I just rinse it a little to get rid of some of the salt & it tastes perfect for me
