I’ve made jambalaya for years from scratch, it’s not difficult and I’ve always enjoyed my results but when I found jambalaya girl, there is no way I can make jambalaya from scratch better than this. Jambalaya Girl is simply a fantastic dish, so easy and you can use it as a base to get creative. I’ve made dirty rice and other dishes using it. I love it!!!!

So good. I used chicken thighs and andouille sausage and added okra when cooking the meat. It was awesome. Can’t wait to try with shrimp or crawfish caught in the stream behind my house. Definitely better day after first boil. I will definitely buy again.
