Central Grocery's Olive Salad 16oz

There were no leaks but the lid “popped” in transit.No longer a sealed lid. Here’s why. The jar was allowed to roll around in the shipping box. I’m sure it was bouncing around and that’s how the lid popped and broke the seal. When canning you will notice the lid will seal, leaving an indent on top.This lid had no indication of that at all.Although the jar was bubble wrapped, the lid had no chance with bouncing around inside shipping box. I can now see why people said the jar leaked.Normally I would return because of this but it was still fresh. The product itself is great and good tasting.

Great on sandwiches

It taste awsome. Used it to make muffaletta sandwiches

This product is delicious and I will continue to use it in the future. It’s good on sandwiches and also in a dish to serve alongside other foods.

Fantastic product. It might leave a tad but wipe it off. The olive oil might seep. You never get a better product.

I like the flavor and that no oil seeped while in transit like some of the other reviewers. I think they could add less oil. Some of the olives are still whole and I'd prefer to have them chopped up. Overall I would buy this again. Price is better than the other olive salad.

It was wonderful. A bit pricey

Outstanding product. Three orders since having it in New Orleans. Double yum!! The shipper needs to be sure the lid is on tight!! Last two orders the lid was a little loose so there was a very slight leak of olive oil. Keep using bubble wrap when wrapping for shipping. Seems to work best.

Love the product. But the kids were not completely right and leaked oil all over jars
