For the 10oz Seasoned Fish Fry, you will need:
1 pound of fish fillets
1 cup of Louisiana Fish Fry Seasoned Fish Fry mix
Vegetable oil, for frying
Preheat your fryer or fill a large, deep pan with vegetable oil and heat to 375°F.
Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the fish fry mix in a shallow dish. Dip the fish fillets in the mix, coating both sides evenly.
Carefully place the coated fish fillets in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fish from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
For the 5oz Chicken Fry, you will need:
1 pound of chicken breasts or tenders
1 cup of Louisiana Fish Fry Chicken Fry mix
Vegetable oil, for frying

1 pound of ground beef or sausage
1 cup of water
8oz package of Louisiana Fish Fry Dirty Rice Mix
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the ground beef or sausage to the pan and cook until browned, breaking up any large clumps.
Stir in the water and the dirty rice mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and serve hot.
To make jambalaya using the Louisiana Fish Fry 8oz Jambalaya Mix, you will need the following ingredients:
1 pound of your choice of protein (such as chicken, sausage, or shrimp)
1 large onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup of chopped celery
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of oil or butter
1 package of Louisiana Fish Fry 8oz Jambalaya Mix
Instructions:
Heat the oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery to the pot and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the protein to the pot and cook until it is browned.
Stir in the can of diced tomatoes and the water.
Add the Louisiana Fish Fry 8oz Jambalaya Mix to the pot and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the jambalaya is thick and the flavors have melded together.

2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper

1 8oz package of Louisiana Fish Fry Gumbo & Rice Mix
4 cups of water
2 cups of cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and celery and sauté until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
Add the protein of your choice and cook until it is browned on all sides.
Add the Louisiana Fish Fry Gumbo & Rice Mix, 4 cups of water, and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the gumbo has thickened.
Serve the gumbo over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup Louisiana Fish Fry 10oz Cobbler Mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup fruit filling of your choice (peach, apple, cherry, etc.)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the Louisiana Fish Fry Cobbler Mix, water, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
Spread the fruit filling evenly over the top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream on top, if desired. Enjoy!
To use Louisiana Fish Fry's Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil, you'll need:
1 package of Louisiana Fish Fry Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil (5 oz)
1 pound of your choice of seafood (crawfish, shrimp, crab, or a combination of all three)
6 quarts of water
2 lemons, quartered
2 onions, quartered
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
4 bay leaves
Instructions:
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the Louisiana Fish Fry Crawfish Shrimp & Crab Boil to the pot and stir until it is fully dissolved.
Add the seafood, lemons, onions, vinegar, and bay leaves to the pot.
Bring the pot back to a boil and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked.
Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve the seafood in bowls with the broth and vegetables. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Louisiana Fish Fry 8oz Cajun Seasoning
