How to Prepare: Our Carnival Lump Crab Cakes are frozen for freshness and easy to prepare. Allow frozen crab cakes to thaw completely in the refrigerator overnight. In a nonstick pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Place the crab cakes in the buttered pan and cook each side until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve with a classic remoulade sauce, a squeeze of lemon, or alongside a fresh salad for a complete Cajun seafood meal.

    We were cautiously ordering these for our Christmas dinner and were pleasantly amazed at just how good these are. These are better than any restaurant cakes we have ever had.
